Now, that may or may not always happen… but what does happen each morning is I dive right into the One Funnel Away Challenge materials as soon as I get up. #wantachangemakeachange
Day 3 – Pre-training
Topic: The WHO not the HOW
I’ve always thrived being the “HOW” girl. If there was a problem, I’d research, learn and then come up with multiple solutions to solve the issue.
Now, I’ve been around in the marketer’s world for a very long time and I’ve worked with some wonderful people throughout the years.
One of the biggest things that should have hit me over the head at some point should have been … that these folks all have one thing in common.
They don’t “do all the things”.
They Hire Help
I’ll say it louder for the Trish’s not paying attention… THEY HIRE PEOPLE like the “OLD YOU” TO DO THE THINGS. – the low paid minions. Ok, I’ll stop shouting now, but damn, talk about a paradigm shift. If I want to have the success like so in so, I’ve got to learn to hire out instead of doing all the things myself.
“If I am being honest, it will be best to hire everything out. I know how to do the things but I’d be missing the point if I am working in the business, not on the business. Instead, I’ll turn my full focus to revenue-generating activities and I’ll be 12 steps ahead of myself”

I’m absolutely thankful for every single thing I’ve learned on my journey, and if I am being honest, I wouldn’t change a thing. The knowledge and skills I’ve learned will always serve me.
On a side note, I’ve been spending all my free time reading Russell’s Dot Com Secrets book. I purchased this on Kindle back in 2015 when it first came out… and never even got past the first chapter. Silly.
Anyways, I highly recommend reading this book if you are serious about getting started online. This will help you learn the fundamentals that will be required for success.
I should have the book finished up by Friday, and I know this will be my go to handbook – I’ll be constantly referring back to it.
Anyways, I’ve got so much more for today, but it’s time for me to run and check on the schooling from home kids 🙂 Have a fantastic day!
