I’m short on time today so making today’s blog post rather short.
Day 2 of the One Funnel Away Challenge is about Failure and what it teaches us.
In this lesson Russel tells his story, it’s actually a prerecorded video from an event, but dang, talk about cringe. BUT. As much as I cringed for the guy over all those things… I realized something that trumped it all. All the failures… and he never stopped trying. He kept going. He tried the next thing.
He never once stopped to worry about what other people were thinking about his failures. He didn’t run and hide – he kept his head high and he FOUND A WAY.
One of my biggest hurdles in life… the big stopping point is when I get super excited about something and then I tell someone.. They give me the look and they are like “uh-huh… ” and I know right then and there that they think I’ve lost my mind. Dang it. It stops me every single time.
What I never stopped to think about is that NONE of the people who surround me in my real life… are entrepreneurs. They are career job workers. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being a job worker… but entrepreneurs are just created differently.
Anyways, that is my big take away for day 2!
